The enrollment process

If you would like to enroll your child at Foundations Academy, please download and fill out our application packet. This packet contains our policies and detailed information. 

Please call 830-792-0825 to schedule a time to take a tour and meet our Administration. Once we meet you and your child, we will process the application and begin the enrollment process.
